2. Nature of Digital Services
All IT Solutions L.L.C.-FZ provides customized professional services, which are
• Designed specifically for each client
• Delivered through intellectual work
• Non-returnable once development begins
Therefore, refunds are governed by the conditions below.
3. Project Payments
Projects may follow a milestone-based payment structure, such as
• Initial deposit before project initiation
• Milestone payments during development
• Final payment upon completion
All payment terms are defined in the individual client agreement or proposal.
4. Non-Refundable Deposits
Any initial deposit or advance payment made to begin a project is non-refundable because it covers:
• Project planning
• Requirement analysis
• Design work
• Resource allocation
5. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:
Service Not Delivered
If All IT Solutions L.L.C.-FZ fails to begin the project within the agreed timeframe.
Project Cancellation by Company
The company may cancel the project if internal limitations prevent it from delivering the service.
Duplicate Payments
Accidental duplicate payments will be refunded after verification.
6. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued if:

• Project milestones have been completed
• Client changes requirements after development begins
• Client delays communication or approval
• Client decides to discontinue the project
• Marketing campaigns have already been launched
• Cloud services or hosting infrastructure have already been provisioned
7. Partial Refunds
In certain cases, partial refunds may be considered if:
• Work completed is less than the payment received
• Both parties mutually agree to terminate the project
Refund amounts will be calculated based on work already completed.
8. Digital Marketing Services
For services such as
• SEO
• Paid advertising
• Social media campaigns
Refunds will not be provided once campaigns have been initiated or advertising budgets have been spent.
Marketing results are not guaranteed, as they depend on multiple external factors, such as audience engagement, market trends, and the effectiveness of the campaign strategy.
9. Cloud Services and Third-Party Costs
Refunds do not cover:
• Third-party software licenses
• Domain registration
• Cloud hosting charges
• API subscription fees
• Advertising costs
These costs are nonrefundable once purchased.
10. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes:
• Both parties agree to attempt amicable resolution
• A written e-mail must be provided describing the issue
• The company will review and respond within 14 business days
11. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within:
7–21 business days
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.
12. Policy Updates
All IT Solutions L.L.C.-FZ reserves the right to update this policy at any time.
Updated versions will be published on our website.
